Planet Trading Transportation Contracting & Equipment Rental W.L.L., widely known as Planet Engineering, was established in Qatar in 2008. Starting with diesel generator sales and rentals, the company has progressively expanded into a comprehensive engineering solutions provider.
Today, our capabilities include diesel generator sales, rentals, maintenance and repair, fuel injection services, alternator and motor rewinding, diesel engine overhaul, heavy auto electrical repairs, radiator and heat exchanger solutions, synchronization panels and generator spare parts.
Our generator division supports diesel generators ranging from 20 kVA to 2,500 kVA, powered by internationally recognized engine brands such as Perkins, Cummins and Volvo. Our rental fleet offers capacities from 25 kVA to 2,250 kVA for temporary, emergency and project power requirements.
Planet Engineering operates through three dedicated facilities across two key locations in Qatar: the Corporate Office and Central Workshop at Birkat Al Awamer, Planet Diesel Service, and Planet Parts Center in the Industrial Area. Our 6,200 m² workshop facilities, specialized equipment and mobile service teams enable us to deliver dependable support across Qatar.
